About Cody Musgrove

Cody Musgrove is a lifelong resident of Acadiana, born and raised in Lafayette. He attended St. Thomas More High School and went on to graduate from the University of Louisiana in 2010. While in college, he earned his real estate license and began building the foundation for his career shortly after graduation.

 

In 2013, Cody joined Townsquare Media, where he developed a strong background in marketing and advertising, contributing to the production of live events and commercial campaigns. Later that year, he returned to Van Eaton & Romero, now known as Latter & Blum, to continue his work in real estate. There, he expanded his expertise through active involvement in his family’s home building and development business, as well as residential sales.

 

Cody approaches real estate with a commitment to integrity, professionalism, and continuous growth. He believes in delivering exceptional service while fostering meaningful, lasting relationships with his clients.

 

Outside of his professional endeavors, Cody enjoys golf, writing and recording music, and performing regularly with fellow musicians.
